MMIC Solutions
MMIC Solutions was founded by Anglo Scientific in May 2004, its technology having been generated by the MMIC team at QinetiQ. MMIC Solutions was formed to deploying breakthrough technology to allow the commercial exploitation of high frequencies in the millimeter wave bands (between 50GHz and 250GHz). Its primary aim is to produce cost-effective mmic modules together with low cost packaging, through the use of a resonance-suppressing design technique, invented by QinetiQ.
Under the guidance of industry veteran Rodger Sykes, MMIC Solutions is now sampling and supplying products in three initial markets: security imaging, high bandwidth communications and low cost radar. Working in partnership with the world's leading manufacturers of security, detection, and communication equipment, MMIC Solutions is setting new benchmarks in cost, quality, and ease of use for products at these high frequencies.
